Public Schools Old Boys 10 August 2013

Our annual fixture against the Public Schools Old Boys was once again held this year on Saturday August 10th at Stoke Park.We were fortunate enough to have great weather and played on the grass courts at the club.Last year we were narrowly beaten 5-4 so we were out for revenge for 2013.Our team consisted of Andy Kennaugh,Rob Blythe,Simon Bramwell,David Culshaw,Matt Coombes and Simon Curtis which proved much too strong for Pubs team with the IC of GB winning 9-0.Although the overall score sounds very one sided there was some close matches and some excellent tennis played on the day.

I would like to thank Chester King once again for letting us use the Stoke Park Club as our venue,it is very much appreciated.
