POTTER CUP (Men's 45s)

Best place finish since 2010...

The IC of GB men’s 45s team got off to a promising start at the Potter Cup with a 4-3 victory over the French (#2 seeds) on the opening day.  Unfortunately they couldn’t back it up against a strong US team in the semi-finals - Michael Pernfors a former top 10 player played at one and Frank Vermeer (runner-up at the World 45s) played at number two.

The team finished fourth overall following a final day loss to Spain - the team's best result since 2010 in what was an incredibly high standard event. The planning has already started for next year...!
